Mail Order Terms and Conditions

By placing an order you confirm that you accept the following terms and conditions:

To make a purchase

Orders can be accepted for delivery to addresses within the UK Mainland only.

To make a purchase, browse our Meat by Mail page which shows the approximate price of each pack (ex P&P). Add any items that you wish to buy to your basket. When you have completed your selection, click on the Place Your Order button.  Complete the form with your details. Click Next and your order and the details you entered are displayed. We will then contact you to confirm availability, price and cost of delivery.

Payment

Once we have confirmed availability, price and cost of delivery, payment can be accepted by BACS.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered by courier in strong poly cartons with ice packs. All the meat is vac packed and clearly labelled.

Orders are accepted for delivery to addresses within the UK Mainland only. If your order is accepted by 12 noon on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, we will do our best to despatch it that day.  If your order is accepted on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will be despatched on Monday.

Returns Policy

Due to their perishable nature, our meat packs are not returnable and no right to cancellation applies. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and we will do our best to resolve your concerns swiftly.
